Development Update from Steiner Ranch Neighborhood Association

The Steiner Ranch Neighborhood association has posted an update to the proposed high density residential development in Steiner Ranch.  After procuring approximately 1100 signatures in a little over a week on a petition against the proposed development, the developer, Taylor Morrison, has agreed to compromises that will  help lessen the negative impact of the development.  The concerns of the Neighborhood Association includes increased traffic, school overcrowding, higher demand on emergency service, increased car counts during an evacuation, and lowered property values.  For complete details of the petition, please see the following link:
